We are a consortium of leaders who are seeking to promote sustainable and environmentally sound buildings in Hampton Roads.

Our vision is one of a transformed Hampton Roads in which the principles of sustainable planning, design, construction, and operations are normal and achieved for the benefit of the public and the environment.
