The Hampton Roads Green Building Council is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council serving the Greater Hampton Roads area. Our vision is one of a transformed Hampton Roads in which the principles of sustainable planning, design, construction and operations are accepted, normal and achieved for the benefit of the public and the environment.
HRGBC seeks to promote sustainable building practices in our region through educational programming and endorsement of the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED™) green building rating system.
